Followers Technique Workshop

I am so excited to announce this special collaboration with the gorgeous Belen Silva on Sunday, March 30th, 10:30 am—12 noon!

Join Rina and Belen in an energising and fun followers technique workshop! A focused technique class designed to enhance confidence, connection, musicality and heel work. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or looking to strengthen your fundamentals, this class will help you connect more fully with your body and movements to the music.

We’ll work on posture, balance, axis control, and footwork, as well as lot of musical embellishments and decorations helping you to be more in control of your own dance.
