Come and join us for a fun Tango Conditioning Class that will coincide well with your usual tango dance routine and classes as well. Book in now! This one will be held in Hays Paddock in Kew East. Come in from Frater Street entrance. The weather forecast seems promising. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing.
Prepare your body for tango. Classes are designed to focus on strengthening your body for tango, for keeping balance and core activation and improve flexibility and lengthening. We will focus on back, arms, core, legs and feet exercises. We will incorporate tango dance, connection and musicality if required. No partner necessary.

If you rather dance in the comfort of your own home we can organize a Skype video call or come to you if in Melbourne CBD and surrounding suburbs. You and your friends want to start a new class, that can be arranged too.
*Weekly classes will be an hour.
Prices are: $12 for a group class or $100 for a 10-class pass.
Privates are an hour and are $45 or $30 if at Zest for Tango.
